"Shipping was just okay"
I ordered from charlesandcolvard.com, and to be fair, the item did arrive in good shape. But the whole shipping process felt a little slower than I expected. I kept checking the tracking like, “Okay, is it moving yet?” and there just weren’t many updates. Nothing awful happened, so I can’t really complain too much, but it also wasn’t especially impressive. Overall, it was just kind of average.

"Warranty repair was painless"
I had to send my ring in for a warranty repair and it was easier than I expected. They got it fixed quickly and I didn’t have to go back and forth with them much. No big complaints.

"Finally, a Ring I Can Feel Good About"
I went with Charles & Colvard because i’m kind of over the whole mined stone thing. Like, why is it so hard to find something beautiful that doesn’t come with a bunch of ethical baggage? The ring is gorgeous, and I actually feel good knowing where it came from. It showed up looking amazing, and I’m really happy I chose them.

The prices felt a little high at first, but the promo codes and sales really helped. My sister actually told me to wait for a discount, and I’m glad I did because it made the ring feel much more worth it. Checkout was super easy too. I took off one star just because the regular pricing still feels a bit steep.

I’ve been a fan of this brand for a while, so I expected the packaging to feel a little more premium. It looked nice at first glance, but the box itself felt kind of cheap. Not a dealbreaker, but a little disappointing coming from a brand I usually trust.

The setting looks super clean and feels really well made. the only downside was my timing was terrible and I probably picked a hectic moment to get it done, but the ring itself came out really nice

Support did end up fixing my issue, so I’m happy with that. It just took a little longer than I expected. I don’t really know if that’s normal for them or if I just caught them on a busy day, but overall they were helpful.

I’ve had my ring for about 3 years now and it still has that sparkle to it, which I was happy surprised about. I wear it almost every day and the stones are all still in place, no loose ones or anything weird like that
